Overall Design:

Surveys are conducted by market research companies - New Zealand Surveys Limited or New Zealand Market Research and Surveys Limited.

 

Population of firms in New Zealand across the main sectors, that is, manufacturing, financial services, trade, construction and transportation. Classification is through the Australia and New Zealand Standard Industrial Classification 2006 (ANZSIC06).

Firms are considered in the sample that employ at least six employees.

​

Respondents are CEO's, directors, and managers.

​

Research Assistants or Call Center professionals conduct the phone interviews.

​

Identity of the respondent is confidential and not shared with third parties.

​

Data quality checks are performed.
