Overall Design:

Surveys are conducted by market research companies in New Zealand.

 

Population of firms in New Zealand across the main sectors, that is, manufacturing, financial services, trade, construction and transportation. Classification is through the Australia and New Zealand Standard Industrial Classification 2006 (ANZSIC06).

Firms are considered in the sample that employ at least six employees.

​

Respondents are CEO's, directors, and managers.

​

Data Research Assistants or Call Center professionals conduct the phone interviews.

​

Possibility to survey firm employees.

 

Possibility to survey firm's supply chain affiliates.

​

Data quality checks are performed.
